Shipping & Returns

General orders 

Due to the volume of bikes that we are processing, "In Warehouse" items including equipment and bikes may take 7-10 days before they are despatched from our store. This is because the item ships from a local warhouse for us, before being checked/build-test ridden and shipped to you. We thank your for your patience.

CLICK AND COLLECT

Orders for Click & Collect are generally able to be collected after 2 hours, except during sale times. If you are unsure, please contact us.
Bikes that are "in stock" are generally available within 24-48 hours as these may still need to be assembled and safety checked by our mechanics.

Some bikes are "in warehouse" so will take extra time, these are generally labelled as such when you select the item. Due to our current volume of orders, some bikes may take 7-10 days to ship.
You will be contacted to advise an approx. availability time for collection of bikes.

Orders not collected within 2 months will be refunded less a 10% cancellation fee. 

POSTAGE - Parts and Equipment

Unfortunately we cannot ship internationally.

Standard Shipping Charges

  • $10 (inc. GST) flat rate fee for standard shipping to valid addresses in Australia
  • Delivered within 5 working days to metropolitan areas
  • Delivered within 7 working days to the rest of the country
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $200

Express Shipping Charges

  • $15 (inc. GST) flat rate fee for express shipping to valid addresses in Australia
  • Delivered by next business day to metropolitan areas and within 3 working days to the rest of the country

  • Large/Bulky items such as Bikes, Frames, Wheels, Babyseats & Trainers - these items incure Courier Costs as shown at the checkout.
  • We cannot ship CO2/Pressurized products. These are Click & Collect Only

BIKE SHIPPING

Ship to Home

Specialized Bikes can be shipped direct to your home, professionally pre-built and test-ridden. With just a few parts removed for shipping, your new Specialized will be ready to roll in a matter of minutes.

  • $150 (inc GST) Flat Fee for non Electric Bikes. Includes Assembly guides, video instructions and a small selection of tools to assist in assembly.
  • $300 (inc GST) Flat Fee for all Electric Bikes. Includes Assembly guides, video instructions and a small selection of tools to assist in assembly.
  • Prior to shipping, if you've not already spoken to someone, one of our team members will be in contact with you to discuss the purchase to make sure the bike you have selected is the correct style and size for your needs.
  • Shipped via TNT 

All bikes are shipped via TNT unless stated otherwise. TNT shipping is Signature on Delivery so someone needs to be present at the address to sign from the delivery. You will recieve a tracking number via email from TNT as soon as the shipment is booked. TNT do not call ahead or give an estimate of the time of delivery, therefore it is important that you let us know at the time of purchase if you have days that you arenot home. We can try to book the courier so that the delivery dates suit your needs. Some customers put their business or workplace as the delivery address as there is more chance that someone will be available to sign for the delivery.

Unfortunately we cannot ship any products internationally. Some bikes such as Cervelo, Rockhopper, Sirrus are not available for Ship to Home.

Total Rush Home Delivery

Available for all bikes sold online and available to those who live within a 10km Radius of the store, we offer home delivery for bikes by a Total Rush team member. The bike is delivered and handed over to you fully built and ready to ride and our team member is there to answer any questions you may have.

  • $120 (inc GST) Flat Fee.


SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Parts / equipment orders placed before 12:00pm AEST are usually dispatched on the same business day. When we have a sale on, shipping may take an extra 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your package leaves our our store.

We use Australia Post to ship our parts packages.  Delivery may take longer to some rural areas, such as the Northern Territory, Outer and Northern Western Australia, so please consider this when choosing your delivery option.  Information regarding Australia Post's estimate delivery times is available here.

Bike's may need to be built and test ridden prior to being shipped. A customer service team member will contact you after your purchase to confirm the bike is right for you, and then schedule the bike Build/Packaging of the bike. Bikes are usually shipped from the store within 3 business days. 

Orders will be processed during normal AEST business hours between Monday and Friday, 10:00am – 2:00pm. We will endeavour to process orders placed on weekends and public holidays on the next available business day. Shipment and delivery of orders is based on product availability, payment processing time and distribution centre processing time.

SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier or by any event which is out of our reasonable control, including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us. Please check the condition of the goods before signing and refuse the delivery if it appears damaged. 
  • Please note that we do not accept, nor will we ship, orders intended for international shipping via freight forwarders.

TOTAL RUSH RETURNS POLICY 

The return policies on this page applies to products purchased from the Total Rush online store only. 

Change-of-mind Policy
‘Change-of-mind’ includes purchases you have made in error eg. Accidently ordered the wrong size or colour, items that don’t fit the way that you would like or unwanted gifts.  

If you change your mind on your purchase from the Total Rush online store you may return most products (see below) to us in the manner specified in this policy within 30 days of delivery to you, for a full refund. 

Please note the following conditions:  

  • Any product that is altered, damaged, washed or worn in any way, or is missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories, and/or manuals (i.e. any product not in “sellable” condition) cannot be accepted as a return. This includes cycling shoes where cleats have been fitted.
  • Proof of purchase and delivery from the Total Rush webstore is required for all returns and must accompany the product being returned.
  • Total Rush will not refund the shipping costs you paid for the initial purchase of the product.  Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. We will only refund the cost of the returned product, if it is deemed acceptable for return (see below for products that we do not accept for return under our change of mind policy).
  • Specific warranty terms may apply to technical products.

We do not accept the return of products under our change-of-mind policy that are:

  • Water bottles; 
  • Food/Nutrition Products
  • Sale / Clearance items - excluding products promoted in sale campaigns (eg Flash Sale/Black Friday/Boxing Day etc).

We highly reccomend keeping record of the tracking number for your return.

Refunds will be processed within 24 hrs of the item being recieved, refund via the method you paid. Funds generally take 7-10 days to appear back into your account.

If we receive a returned product more than 30 days after the product was delivered to you, we cannot accept the returned product and will not provide you a refund under the Change-of-mind Policy, although you may have other rights, which are set out in the Terms. If you return the product after the 30 days in which it was delivered, we will return the product to you at the same address that you specified in your initial order and we may charge you additional shipping costs.
