Our booking system is not time-specific; even though you view and recieve a confirmation email with a "time slot" you actually reserve a "day" for your service.
Please ensure your bike is dropped off at the workshop by 11 am on the service day or the preceding day - especially if you require same day service. Please notify our team if you require same day service.

Depending on current job volumes, some services may take up to 24-72 hours to complete*. Our mechanics will advise you of lead times at drop off.
If you require same day service, please let us know and ensure that your bike is dropped off before 11am on the booking day.
