This role could suit a junior wanting to continue their development, or a more experienced applicant wanting to progress in their career. 

Join our team which is made up of cyclists who are passionate riding their bikes and about promoting the cycling lifestyle to everyone from beginners buying their first bike, to those with a different bike for every day of the week! 

Are you:

• Passionate about cycling?
• Well presented, with excellent organisation and communication skills?
• Great with people, with proven experience working as an integral part of a team?
• Confident and self-motivated, with initiative & common sense?

Do you:

• Have at least 1 year mechanic experience?
• Have bike product and technical knowledge?
• Have great customer service skills?

This varied role will include:

• Assisting customers with products and service enquiries in our open plan workshop.
• Answering and dealing with phone, sms & email enquiries and bookings.
• Building new bikes from the factory
• Inspecting, cleaning, repairing, and servicing high end road & mountain bikes, as well as day to day commuter bikes
• Maintaining the workshop appearance, including re-stocking, and cleaning.
• Maintaining the warehouse area to ensure a clean and organised space.
• Liaising with the Workshop Manager to assist where needed.

We have a state of the art workshop, including Park Tool Hydraulic Lift Workstands.
We are looking for someone at a minimum of Tuesday - Thursday, or full time of Tuesday - Saturday is available for the right candidate.
This position has the ability to grow in to a more senior position for the right person.
